Description

The ADAPTIC non-adherent dressing is a primary dressing made from a viscose knit impregnated with a stabilized petroleum jelly emulsion. ADAPTIC is designed to protect the wound while preventing the dressing from adhering to it.

▪ Prevents dressing adhesion

▪ Preserves newly formed tissue, minimizes pain and trauma of the patient during dressing changes

▪ Prevents maceration

▪ Exudates pass easily to the secondary absorbent dressing

▪ Can be cut to size of the wound without fraying
