Comfeel Plus can be used for the treatment of lightly or moderately exuding wounds including leg ulcers, pressure sores, superficial burns, partial thickness superficial burns, graft donor sites, postoperative wounds and dermabrasions.  The dressing can be left on the wound for up to 7 days, depending on the specific characteristics of the wound.

Comfeel Plus hydrocolloid dressing based on alginate is the gentle and proven solution to seal and heal low to moderately exuding wounds. It can also be used as a secondary dressing.

The semi-permeable top film allows evaporation depending on the exudate level, while preventing water and bacteria from entering the wound . When the dressing comes into contact with wound exudate, it forms a viscous gel that absorbs the exudate without adhering to the wound.
