Biatain hydrocellular dressings are also indicated for the treatment of non-infected diabetic foot wounds.

Biatain Adhesive and Non-Adhesive hydrocellular dressings can be used on graft donor sites.

The use of Biatain hydrocellular dressings in patients treated for a local or systemic infection is left to the discretion of healthcare professionals.

They can be used throughout the healing process to protect the wounds noted above. They can be used in conjunction with a compression bandage.

Biatain Cavité is intended for exudative hollow wounds

Biatain hydrocellular dressings are made of a flexible and absorbent polyurethane foam. They are sterile and single-use. These dressings maintain a moist environment promoting   healing and allow the drainage of exudates.

They are covered with a film that is permeable to air and impervious to water and bacteria. Are suitable for wounds with damaged/fragile periwound skin.

Micro-adherent mesh to adhere lightly to the skin while respecting it, so as to remain in place when applying or removing the dressing secondary or a compression band. This micro-adherent mesh covers less than 50% of the surface of the dressing.

Adhesive edges based on hydrocolloid.

Biatain Talon/Sacrum adhesive hydrocellular dressings are, thanks to their particular shape, suitable for areas difficult to cover. They have hydrocolloid-based adhesive edges.
